The cultural use of copper vessels and tools may be 8000 years old. As old must be the trade of the coppersmith, and this trade had an impact on the cultural development of mankind which can hardly be under-estimated.
Few are left who can make a living from this trade. One of them is master coppersmith Josef Plunser. He lets us watch while he is make a "Kaeskessel", a big vessel used in cheese making and also shows us old joining techniques.
