Rudolf Lindeman, 75 years old, lives way up in the northern parts of Germany where people speak "Platt" a very peculiar German dialect. He is one of the last Millers in Germany who is operating a wind-mill to process grain. In defiance of big commercial mills he is still producing coarse-ground wheat as life stock feed for the farmers in his area and making a living with it. He is also proficient in all trades necessary to keep his wind-mill going. He needs to, there are no wind millwrights anymore.
